Sulfadiazine 400 mg, trimethoprim 80 mg, tylosin 50 mg

INDICATIONS
Treatment & control of systemic & respiratory infections like CRD, coccidiosis, colibacillosis, fowl cholera, Salmonella pullorum, & infectious coryza.
